Some wonder but this SEO what is it or what is it for?
The general idea is to register in the most common search engines (google, bing ..) so that people find you through searches.
Imagine that you make your website, blog, online store … but nobody knows that you are there, without a basic promotion your website will have no visits or very few.
In the field of a blog, some SEO practices are recommended to make your blog more visible on the network.
To work the SEO of your site in wordpress the most immediate way is to download a plugin that helps you and indicates the steps to follow.
In my case I was looking at several plugins and I installed one called Yoast SEO that among other things includes an SEO Analysis and a legibility analysis of the entries.
I will explain a little what options it has and what improvements it adds to your web pages
After installing the plugin, each entry or page you create displays a section of Yoast SEO.
Readability
In the readability section, the plugin analyzes the text of your entry indicating whether you meet the following sections
. Transition Words
. Ease of reading
. Passive voice
. Consecutive phrases
. Distribution of subtitles
. Paragraph length
. Phrase length
All this to make your article more readable.
SEO Analysis
In the SEO section they indicate a series of points that you should review to achieve optimal SEO.
You must indicate what is the objective key phrase of your article. Basically it is a definition or basic summary of the topic of your article and for which you have more options to be searched on the internet.
You can edit the “snippet” or summary that search engines put when they show you in their results. It should be attractive for users to click on your link and open the page of your website
The points that are analyzed in the SEO Analysis are

. Key phrase in the subtitle
. Key phrase in the introduction
. Key phrase length
. Key phrase density:
. Key phrase in the meta description
. Image alt attributes
. Text length
. Key phrase in title

As you can see, there are a whole series of interesting points that you surely hadn’t thought about when writing your articles.
Apart from all this, it is recommended that you register your website in the main internet search engines so that they index your pages and appear earlier in the searches.
